  • Sale Items: Sale items are eligible for exchange only, not for refunds. You can exchange them for a different item or receive store credit.
  • 1+1 Deals: Both items in a 1+1 deal must be returned together. You can exchange individual items for a different size or color of the same product.
  • Return Period: The 30-day return period begins on the day you receive your order. Your return shipment must be sent within this timeframe.
  • Return Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and suitable for resale, with all original tags attached.
  • Return Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
